Professional AV is growing, and so is the number of brands competing inside it. AVIXA's industry outlook puts the global Pro AV market on a path from roughly USD 332 billion in 2025 to about USD 402 billion by 2030, with the convergence of audio, video and IT driving much of the expansion. For distributors and integrators that growth creates a strategic question: carry more third-party brands, or build a house brand that competitors cannot undercut on price alone. Increasingly the answer is the second option, which is why OEM and ODM conversations now begin much earlier in the product cycle than they used to.
Amtune Technology operates exactly that kind of programme. The company manufactures the core building blocks of a modern AV installation — HDMI and DVI seamless hybrid matrices in 8x8, 16x16 and 32x32 configurations, Dante and AES67 networked audio modules together with Dante modular and AES67 modular lines, HDBaseT extenders and converters, AV-over-IP codecs and decoders, Dolby 7.1 decoding preamplifiers and HiFi DAC preamps. Under an OEM or ODM agreement those platforms can be adapted rather than resold as they are: channel counts, input and output connector types, rack form factors, front-panel branding, firmware behaviour, control protocols and packaging can all be specified for a particular market.
The programme follows a conventional but disciplined development path. It begins with a requirement review covering signal formats, channel count, control interfaces such as RS-232, TCP/IP, IR and web GUI, and the EDID and HDCP behaviour the finished product must guarantee. From there come prototyping and bench validation, then certification and compliance testing, then mass production and, importantly, ongoing support for the life of the product. Communication protocols are documented so a partner's control system or cloud dashboard can integrate cleanly, and firmware can be managed across the installed base after launch rather than frozen at first shipment.
Quality and compliance are the foundation of that offer. Every Amtune product is manufactured under an ISO 9001 quality system and tested to European and American standards including CE, FCC and RoHS, which matters when a private-label product must satisfy a distributor's own customers and regulators. Because a single manufacturer supplies matrix switching, extension, audio networking and decoding, a partner can assemble a coherent portfolio from one source — one supply chain, one engineering contact and one set of test reports. Distributors and integrators evaluating an OEM or ODM route can reach Amtune at sales@amtune.com or through the product pages on this site.
